Most of my professional career has been spent as a Firefighter with two different fire departments.

Throughout that time, I was able to build relationships and excel in the fire service through promotions and accolades. While with the fire departments, I was afforded the opportunities to start two successful businesses, both during the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout my time with these businesses, I was also able to continue my education. I learned that my passion is working with the personnel that keep these businesses moving forward. I enjoy working with employees and employers with difficult decisions to make regarding employees. This all leads to my new venture, helping and consulting with small businesses and fire departments.

On a more personal side, I am married to my beautiful wife and have one child. Our boy Krew has become a major focus of our lives and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Spending time with my wife and son are always my number one priority. I also enjoy helping others, hunting, recreational sports, riding bike, and exercising.
